We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the APAC Talent Services Team as a Senior HR Generalist. This role will contribute to evolving and delivering the core HR practices established at LinkedIn while contributing at a hands-on level to represent and cultivate LinkedIn s culture. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Talent Services, this role will have direct interaction and engagement with the HRBPs in supporting the business function in ANZ.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as primary HR contact to manage the day- to-day HR policy advice and programs support to employees, which may include but not be limited to:

  • Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies and procedures in order to maximize employee performance, achieve organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance.

  • Act as an escalation point for employee questions that the Talent Services HR Analysts need assistance with.

  • Ensure that employee onboarding and enrollments are supported with an “employee first attitude and proactive support.

  • Taking personal initiative to conduct ongoing research and partnering with colleagues to resolve more complex issues and reduce escalations as well as ensuring compliance by country.

  • Identify and track key program metrics as well as develop and evolve program reports.

  • Drive and deploy HR procedures and policies and compliance with all employment laws and regulations

  • Partner with managers to advise and support performance management and employee relations matters in a high performing sales environment

  • Support the HRBP team with projects and data analysis in line with the Global HR strategy

  • Work with the HRBP to derive data and light analysis on employee performance and development trends to identify development needs and assess for appropriate solutions.

  • Provide proactive HR reporting and data analysis solutions based on need

  • Partner with the HRBP on key HR programs such as the performance summary cycle and employee engagement survey results collation and next steps

  • Deliver Talent Services presentation at Induction, and facilitate HR Helpdesks.

  • Assist HR, managers and employees with inquiries related to systems access, usability, and report generation.

  • Support continual learning and development of staff by creating knowledge sharing materials

  • Work closely with HR Analysts to implement specific HR processes and transaction.

  • Opportunity to be involved in local, regional and global HR projects

  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional HR / Partner teams, working on or leading projects/ programs.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 3+ years experience as a HR Generalist or equivalent

  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent years of field related experience

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of HR experience in a technology or high-tech organizationwhere customer service is paramount

  • Experience of supporting performance management and employee relations

  • Developing foundation of employment legislation and the ability to translate this into practical advice

  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Detail and goal-oriented, with the flexibility to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on customer service and quality

  • Self-confidence, with a bias toward action, proactive problem solving and follow through

  • Demonstrates confidencein handling ambiguity and fluid situations; and, as well ascommon sense and pragmatism

  • Comfort with building relationships at all levels of the organization and management, strong interpersonal skills
