Your key responsibilities
In your role as a Senior Manager working within the Government and Public Sector Human Services Team you will:
Lead and manage client engagements – to achieve exceptional client service
Mentor, lead and manage teams.
Build relationships with clients to ensure we fully understand their needs
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders on thought leadership and delivery
Be commercially minded and drive revenue that contributes to the growth of the practice.
Develop structured thinking and approaches to address clients’ needs - contributing to system wide or organisational specific reform across the Human Services field within Government and/or For Purpose sector
Keep up to date and share latest thinking on human services issues
To qualify for the role you must have
Demonstrated (at least 10 years) experience and expertise in leading a practice within Child Protection, Disability Services and/or Social Housing and Homelessness field – ideally working within or with State or Territory Government or a For Purpose organisation.
A strong passion and commitment in making a difference and leaving a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable people.
Demonstrated empathy, emotional intelligence and a strong understanding of different cultural and social perspectives.
Excellent project management / risk management skills and structured thinking.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience.
Confidence and ability to interact with clients and senior team members.
Have the drive and desire to grow your career to the next level.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
Be willing to travel as required.
