What is the role?
Based in Sydney, we are now actively recruiting a Service Planner. Key responsibilities will include:
Provide exemplary customer service at every opportunity,
Daily coordination of our dedicated Field Service Representatives (FSR),
Coordination of our Certified Service Partners and 3rd party contractors as required,
Keeping customers regularly updated on all aspects of work orders
Handling customer service requests & unscheduled maintenance requests,
Coordination of FSR mobilisation requirements,
Creation of dispatch console events as required,
Commissioning, installation and start ups scheduling with customer,
Updating bFO/bFS and Work Order creation,
Parts ordering (Front Office), purchase order generation (Back Office),
FSR time sheet processing,
Ad hoc administration as required.

Prior experience in a Service Planning/Coordination role along with ability to pick up technical information quickly,
Knowledge of the IT industry, Data centres, electrical distribution and/or cooling systems would be an advantage,
Excellent planning, organisational, reporting skills,
Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work as part of a team,
Employs a customer centric approach,
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues and be the main point of contact,
Excellent computer skills with experience in the use of the Microsoft suite, CRM and a centralised service management system would be highly regarded.
