Due to continued growth we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Claims Consultant with Property and/or Builders Home Warranty experience to join our corporate office located in Sydney CBD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and settle HBCF claims end to end with adherence to HBCF service standards, company guidelines, delegated authority and SLA’s
Acting as a point of referral on complex claim matters for Customer Service Officer/s and Claims Consultant/s.
Build and develop external business relationships with external network including but not limited to Builders, Building Consultants, Engineers and Loss Adjusters.
Managing Complaints and negotiating resolution
Work with the team by sharing information, knowledge and resources to achieve best possible outcomes for all
Maintain focus, ensuring we achieve quality results in relation to our client SLA's and company's strategic goals
What we are looking for:
Minimum five (5) years claims experience (Property, Commercial and/or Builders Warranty claims)
Ability to interpret policy wordings and apply accurately
Ability to build and develop business relationships with client/s
Comply with relevant state legislation
Proven customer service skills
Lead by example, adopting best estimating practices and processes that can be implemented across the team
