We are looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our team on a fixed term contract.

Primary Accountability:

Maintaining supplier relations, negotiate with multiple suppliers/vendors in regards to their services/prices and contracts with NEC. Processing all the orders in SAP and make sure only legitimate orders/invoices are being processed.

Responsible for effectively assisting Business Units in development of business analytics in regards to procurement & supplier sourcing strategies. Identifying and mitigating areas of risk in vendor management. Also responsible for identifying optimization opportunities in order to mature the portfolio of supplier & vendor relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Supplier management, including ongoing relationship management

  • Taking escalations and resolving issues raised in regards to vendor quotes & purchase orders.

  • Assisting BU’s with procurement related queries which are not resolved by SSC Team

  • Contribute and support the manager within strategic initiatives

  • Proactively engage in future projects which needs input from procurement & Vendor/supplier contracts area. Strategic supplier pricing to assist RFQ

  • Analyze key market data, statistics and reports to help deepen the understanding of cost drivers, industry dynamics, market trends, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years’ in purchasing/ procurement/ supply chain roles.

  • Experience in SAP and its supply chain modules

  • Microsoft Office/Acrobat/WINDOWS/IMAC software’s and systems

  • Good Knowledge on various IT & IT related products and services

  • Forecasting & Reporting techniques using Excel
